Dual linear guides and dual ball screws
Both sides are equipped with dual rail guides and dual ball screws ensuring perfect linear motion and circular accuracy even during high-speed cutting.
- No manual focusing. The software automatically adjusts the focusing lens for automatic perforation and cutting of sheets of different thicknesses. The autofocus adjustment speed is ten times faster than manual adjustment.
- Wider adjustment range. Adjustment range -10 mm ~ +10 mm, accuracy 0.01 mm, suitable for various sheet thicknesses 0 ~ 20 mm.
- Long service life. The collimating and focusing lenses have a water-cooled heat sink, lowering the cutting head temperature to extend its service life.
