Fibre laser cutting machines are modern devices that stand out for their numerous advantages. They are not only an excellent and much more cost-effective alternative to CO₂ technology, but also have many benefits that allow production expansion (up to 70%) and improved quality. The FIBER technology enables cutting of sheets and other materials of various thicknesses, from very thin to very thick. The wavelength in the FIBER laser is 1.064 micrometres. These properties affect the intensity, which is 100 times higher than in CO₂ machines of similar power.

MAIN ADVANTAGES OF THE LASER

• Long service life. The collimating and focusing lenses are equipped with a water-cooled radiator that lowers the cutting head temperature, extending the head’s lifespan.
• Wider adjustment range. Adjustment range −10mm to +10mm, precision 0.01mm, suitable for various plate types 0–20mm.

Design Screen

The screen features a vertical display with quick response time, higher contrast, wider viewing angle, low power consumption, and high resolution. It also offers excellent brightness, reduced reflection coefficient, and improved durability.

Welded Bed from Rectangular Profiles

The bed structure features an internal honeycomb-like design made of numerous welded rectangular tubes. Reinforcements inside the tubes increase bed strength, rigidity, and guide rail stability, effectively preventing deformation. High durability, stability, and tensile strength ensure 20 years of use without distortion.
