Fiber laser cutting machines are modern devices distinguished by numerous advantages. They are not only an excellent and far more cost-effective alternative to CO2 technology, but also offer many benefits that enable production growth (up to 70%) and improved quality. FIBER technology allows cutting of sheet metal and other materials of various thicknesses, from very thin to very thick. The wavelength of a FIBER laser is 1.064 micrometres. The bed structure has an internal honeycomb-like design made of multiple welded rectangular tubes. Reinforcements are placed inside the tubes to increase bed strength and also enhance the rigidity and stability of the guide rail, effectively preventing deformation. High strength, stability and tensile resistance ensure 20 years of operation without distortion.

Exchangeable work table

The exchangeable work table consists of upper and lower platforms, whose movement and exchange are controlled by the controller. The machine is able to complete platform exchange within 15 s.

Raytools head

  • Automatic focus adjustment - autofocus. The software automatically adjusts the focusing lens when cutting sheets of different thicknesses. The speed of automatic focus adjustment is ten times higher than manual adjustment.
  • Wider manual adjustment range – adjustment range -10 mm - +10 mm. Accuracy 0.01 mm applicable to various material thicknesses (0-20 mm) - below 1500W power.
  • Long service life. Collimator and focusing lenses are equipped with a water-cooling radiator, which lowers the temperature of the cutting head to extend its service life.
