Fibre laser cutting machines are modern devices distinguished by numerous advantages. They are not only an excellent and far more cost-effective alternative to CO₂ technology, but they also feature many benefits that allow production to expand (up to 70%) and improve its quality. FIBER technology enables cutting sheets and other materials of various thicknesses, from very thin to very thick. The wavelength in the FIBER laser is 1.064 micrometres. These properties affect the intensity, which is 100 times greater than in CO₂ systems of similar power.

Sliding gantry made of aged aviation aluminium

The gantry construction is made of aged aviation aluminium formed with a pressure of 4,300 tonnes, achieving outstanding rigidity. Aviation aluminium offers many advantages: high stiffness (greater than cast iron), low weight, corrosion and oxidation resistance, and excellent machinability.

Precitec cutting head

Automatic focus adjustment – autofocus. The software automatically adjusts the focusing lens during the cutting of sheets with different thicknesses. The autofocus adjustment speed is ten times faster than manual adjustment.

Extended manual adjustment range – adjustment range -10 mm to +10 mm. Accuracy of 0.01 mm allows use with materials of various thicknesses (0–20 mm) – below 1500W power.

Long service life. The collimating and focusing lenses have a water-cooled heat sink to reduce the cutting head temperature, extending its lifespan.

Welded bed made of rectangular profiles

The bed design has an internal honeycomb structure made of multiple welded rectangular tubes. Inside the tubes are stiffeners that increase the bed’s strength and enhance the rigidity and stability of the guide rail to prevent deformation effectively. High strength, stability, and tensile resistance guarantee 20 years of operation without deformation.

Monitoring

A high-resolution camera enables the monitoring of the cutting process without interrupting or opening the machine, significantly improving safety and work efficiency.
