Laser cutting is a modern and widely used material processing technique. The cutting tool in this method is a high-energy-density laser beam that cuts through the material.
Laser cutting process sequence
The laser cutting process is based on the interaction of the laser beam at its focal point, where its power is at its highest, causing rapid melting, evaporation, ablation and heating of the cut material to ignition temperature. The area where the beam strikes the material is flushed with a fast-flowing gas which, flowing along the axis of the beam, removes the molten material.

Professional liquid chiller included
It contains a cooling medium that, when the liquid reaches the alarm temperature, quickly cools down the laser tube’s cooling system using the built-in compressor.
Features of the LASER-2030EVO set
- Blade table — ideal for cutting materials such as plexiglass, aspect, etc.
- Two lower fume extractors perform the extraction function.

- "Red dot pointer" precisely indicates the laser beam working point — essential for positioning.
- Integrated compressor — activated only during operation, used to protect the lens from contamination and cool the currently cut area of the material.

- USB communication allows connection of the machine to a portable computer via a USB port. Additionally, the machine has an LCD display that allows, among other things, height adjustment of the table.
- USB port in the machine and built-in memory enable transferring files with operating parameters directly to the device without a computer.
- USB memory 512MB for file transfer.
