LASER CUTTING PROCESS

Laser cutting process sequence
The laser cutting process is based on the interaction of the laser beam at its focal point, where its power is the highest, causing rapid melting, evaporation, ablation and heating of the cut material to ignition temperature. The area where the beam hits the material is flushed with a fast-flowing gas that removes the molten material along the beam axis.
Professional liquid chiller included
It contains a cooling medium which, when the liquid reaches the alarm temperature, allows the built-in compressor to quickly cool the laser tube’s cooling system.

- “Honeycomb” work table — essential for cutting materials, designed to efficiently remove fumes.
- Blade table — ideal for cutting materials such as plexiglass, aspect, etc.
- Bottom fume extractor performs the exhaust function.
- Waste drawer.
- Electrically adjustable table controlled by the program and machine panel, lowering up to 300 mm, enabling engraving on tall objects.
- “Red dot pointer” — precisely indicates the laser beam working point, essential for positioning.
- Integrated compressor — activated only during operation, protects the lens from contamination and cools the area being cut.

- USB communication allows connecting the machine to a portable computer (notebook) via USB port. The plotter also features an LCD display for, among other things, table height adjustment.
