ZX7045 B1L drilling and milling machine is a universal drill mill designed for precise metal machining in workshop and production environments. The machine combines drilling and milling functions, ensuring stable operation thanks to its heavy-duty cast iron construction and wide spindle speed range. Construction and technology

The ZX7045 B1L drilling and milling machine has been designed as a compact yet fully industrial metal milling machine. The massive base and cast iron body ensure high structural rigidity. The cross table with dimensions 1000 x 240 mm features a precision-ground working surface, enabling accurate clamping of workpieces.

The MT4 spindle taper as standard allows the use of a wide range of tooling – end mills, milling heads and taper shank drills. The 1.8kW (2.5HP) motor powered at 400 V ensures stable operation even at larger milling diameters.

Precision and performance

With axis travels of X/Y/Z 560/190/430 mm, the drill mill enables a wide range of operations: drilling up to 32 mm in steel and 45 mm in castings, face milling up to 80 mm and end milling up to 28 mm. Adjustable quill feed rates (0.12; 0.18; 0.25 mm/rev.) allow parameters to be tailored to the material type and quality requirements.

Applications

This drilling and milling machine is used in toolrooms, metalworking workshops, maintenance departments and small to medium-sized production facilities. It is suitable for machining grooves, flat surfaces, precision drilling, countersinking and tapping using appropriate heads.
