Complete processing in a single pass
SG1000R is as flexible as the laser itself. In one working cycle:
- Abrasive belt removes burrs remaining after cutting.
- Unique rotor ensures precise and even edge rounding, enabling a radius of up to 2.0 mm.
- Optional finishing module provides a visually flawless surface.
Thanks to the vacuum table, the SG1000SD allows processing of both large components with extensive surfaces and small sheet metal parts.

The set includes a vacuum generator and a water filtration and ventilation system.
Intuitive operation and full process control
The advanced control module automatically adjusts settings to the parameters of the parts, ensuring process optimisation and the desired results. The system monitors brush wear and takes it into account in the machine settings.
