The 1000 mm working width machine combines advanced industrial grinding technology with deburring modules. Equipped with four flap-disc heads, each with its own drive, it enables various surface finish levels to be achieved in one or several passes.
The machine allows deburring and edge rounding of laser-cut parts in a single pass, processing components from 1 mm to 70 mm thick and up to 1000 mm wide. The touch-screen control panel provides real-time control of machining parameters such as workpiece height, feed speed and brush rotation speed.
Four rows of magnets placed beneath the worktable surface ensure precise workpiece holding during operation. With this machine, you can efficiently deburr, polish and finish surfaces at an industrial level using one device.
The rotating rollers cause the abrasive flaps to move over the sheet edges, providing strong action on the corners of parts. When the components are conveyed under the rotating drum, the flaps act from above. This process becomes particularly effective when multiple brushes in the carousel rotor act on the parts from all sides. As a result, the roller brushes provide the best and most consistent rounding results, enabling edge radii up to 2.0 mm.
