CORMAK SG1000R – universal machine for deburring and edge rounding

Complete processing in one pass
The SG1000R is as flexible as the laser itself. In a single work cycle:
- The sanding belt removes burrs left after cutting.
- The unique rotor provides precise and even edge rounding, allowing a radius of up to 2.0 mm.
- The optional finishing module ensures a visually flawless surface.
Thanks to the vacuum table, the SG1000R enables the processing of both large parts with wide surfaces and small sheet metal components.
