Fibre laser cutters are modern machines distinguished by numerous advantages. Exchangeable working table

The exchangeable working table consists of upper and lower platforms, whose movement and exchange are controlled by the controller. The machine can complete the platform exchange within 15 seconds.

The bed structure features an internal honeycomb-like design made of numerous welded rectangular tubes. Inside the tubes are stiffeners that increase bed strength and enhance guide rail rigidity and stability to effectively prevent deformation. High strength, stability and tensile resistance guarantee 20 years of operation without deformation.

Raytools cutting head

  • Automatic focus adjustment – autofocus. The software automatically adjusts the focusing lens when cutting sheets of different thicknesses. The autofocus adjustment speed is ten times faster than manual adjustment.
  • Extended manual adjustment range – adjustment range -10 mm to +10 mm. Accuracy of 0.01 mm allows operation with materials of various thicknesses (0–20 mm) – below 1500W power.
  • Long service life. The collimating and focusing lenses have a water-cooled heat sink that lowers the cutting head temperature to extend its lifespan.
