Fibre laser cutters are modern machines distinguished by numerous advantages. Sliding gantry made of aged aerospace aluminium
The gantry structure is made of aged aerospace aluminium formed under 4300-ton pressure, ensuring exceptional rigidity. Aerospace aluminium offers many benefits: high stiffness (greater than cast iron), low weight, corrosion and oxidation resistance, and excellent machinability.
Bed welded from rectangular profiles
The bed structure has an internal honeycomb design made of multiple welded rectangular tubes. Reinforcements inside increase strength and improve the rigidity and stability of the guide rails, effectively preventing deformation. High strength, stability and tensile resistance ensure up to 20 years of use without distortion.
Raytools cutting head
- Automatic focus adjustment – autofocus. The software automatically regulates the focusing lens during cutting of sheets of various thicknesses. The autofocus speed is ten times faster than manual adjustment.
- Wider range of manual adjustment – adjustment range from –10 mm to +10 mm. The precision of 0.01 mm applies to various material thicknesses (0–20 mm) – for lasers below 1500W.
- Long service life. Collimating and focusing lenses feature a water-cooled heat sink, reducing the cutting head temperature and extending its lifespan.
