Laser cutting machines are modern devices with numerous advantages. Sliding Gantry Made of Aged Aerospace Aluminium
The gantry structure is made of aged aerospace aluminium formed under 4,300 tonnes of pressure, achieving outstanding rigidity. Aerospace aluminium has many advantages: high stiffness (greater than cast iron), low weight, resistance to corrosion and oxidation, and excellent machinability.
Electric Clamping Chuck
The chuck grips the profile in two directions and automatically performs profile alignment. The diagonal adjustment range is 20–200 mm.
Exchangeable Worktable
The exchangeable worktable consists of upper and lower platforms, whose movement and replacement are controlled by the system. The machine can complete the platform exchange in 15 seconds.
Automatic Tube Support
The intelligent tube support system effectively eliminates deformation during the cutting process of long tubes.
Welded Bed Made of Rectangular Tubes
The bed structure has an internal honeycomb design made of multiple welded rectangular tubes. Reinforcements inside the tubes increase the strength of the bed and the stiffness and stability of the guide rails, effectively preventing deformation. High strength, rigidity, and tensile resistance ensure 20 years of operation without distortion.
Raytools Cutting Head
- Automatic Focus Adjustment – Autofocus. The software automatically adjusts the focusing lens when cutting sheets of different thicknesses. The autofocus speed is ten times faster than manual adjustment.
- Extended Manual Adjustment Range – Adjustment range -10 mm to +10 mm, precision 0.01 mm, suitable for different material thicknesses (0–20 mm) – below 1500W power.
- Long Service Life. The collimating and focusing lenses feature water-cooled radiators to reduce the cutting head temperature and extend its lifespan.
