Laser cutters are modern machines distinguished by numerous advantages. Dual application and cost savings

The LF3015EPR fibre laser cutter not only cuts sheet metal but also tubes and profiles. It offers multiple applications and saves more than 50% of floor space, effectively increasing productivity.

Exchange worktable

The exchange worktable consists of an upper and lower platform, the movement and exchange of which are controlled by the controller. The machine can perform platform exchange within 15 seconds.

Electric clamping chuck

The chuck grips the profile in two directions and automatically aligns it. The diagonal adjustment range is 20–240 mm.

Welded bed made of rectangular profiles

The bed structure has an internal honeycomb-like layout made of multiple welded rectangular tubes. Inside the tubes are reinforcements that increase bed strength as well as the rigidity and stability of the guide rail to effectively prevent deformation. High strength, stability and tensile resistance ensure 20 years of operation without distortion.

Automatic pipe support

Equipped with an intelligent pipe support assembly that eliminates deformation problems during the cutting of long pipes.

Raytools cutting head

  • Automatic focus adjustment – Autofocus – The software automatically adjusts the focusing lens during cutting of sheets with different thicknesses. The autofocus adjustment speed is ten times faster than manual adjustment.
  • Wider manual adjustment range – Adjustment range −10 mm to +10 mm, precision 0.01 mm, suitable for various material thicknesses (0–20 mm) – below 1500W power.
  • Long service life – The collimating and focusing lenses have a water-cooled radiator, reducing the temperature of the cutting head and extending its lifetime.
