Welded Bed Made of Rectangular Profiles

The frame features an internal honeycomb structure made of welded rectangular tubes. Reinforcements inside the tubes enhance rigidity and stability, improving guide rail precision and preventing deformation. Its high strength and durability ensure up to 20 years of operation without distortion.

Raytools Cutting Head

  • Automatic Focus Adjustment – Autofocus – The software automatically adjusts the focusing lens when cutting sheets of different thicknesses. The autofocus speed is ten times faster than manual adjustment.
  • Extended Manual Adjustment Range – Adjustment range: -10 mm to +10 mm, precision 0.01 mm, suitable for materials 0–20 mm thick – for powers below 1500W.
  • Long Service Life – Collimating and focusing lenses feature water-cooled heat sinks that lower the cutting head temperature and extend service life.
