Electric Clamping Chuck
The chuck grips the profile in two directions and automatically performs alignment. The diagonal adjustment range is 20–350 mm.
Welded Bed Made of Rectangular Profiles
The bed structure features an internal honeycomb design made of multiple welded rectangular tubes. Reinforcements inside the tubes enhance rigidity and stability, improving the precision of guide rails and preventing deformation. High strength and stability ensure up to 20 years of distortion-free operation.
Automatic Tube Support

Raytools Cutting Head
- Automatic Focus Adjustment – Autofocus – The software automatically adjusts the focusing lens when cutting sheets of various thicknesses. The autofocus speed is ten times faster than manual adjustment.
- Extended Manual Adjustment Range – Adjustment range: -10 mm to +10 mm, precision 0.01 mm, suitable for materials 0–20 mm thick – for powers below 1500W.
- Long Service Life – Collimating and focusing lenses are water-cooled, reducing the temperature of the cutting head and extending its lifespan.
