FIBER laser with an open design and an exchange table system. The platform exchange takes only 15 seconds, allowing work to resume almost immediately. Fibre laser cutting machines are modern devices offering numerous advantages. They are not only an excellent and far more cost-effective alternative to CO2 technology but also feature many qualities that allow up to 70% production growth and improved quality. FIBER technology enables cutting of sheets and other materials of various thicknesses, from very thin to very thick. The wavelength of the FIBER laser is 1.064 micrometres. These properties give an intensity 100 times higher than that of CO2 systems with comparable power.

The gantry frame is made of aged aerospace aluminium, formed under a 4,300-ton press to achieve remarkable rigidity. Aerospace aluminium offers many advantages: high stiffness (greater than cast iron), light weight, corrosion and oxidation resistance, and excellent machinability.


The screen features a vertical display with fast response time, higher contrast, wide viewing angle, low energy consumption, and high resolution. It also provides high brightness, low reflectivity, and excellent durability.

The bed structure has an internal honeycomb-like design made of multiple welded rectangular tubes. Reinforcements inside the tubes increase the bed’s strength, rigidity, and guide rail stability, effectively preventing deformation. High strength, stability, and tensile resistance ensure 20 years of use without distortion.

The exchange work table consists of upper and lower platforms, whose movement and exchange are controlled by the CNC system. The machine can perform the table exchange within 15 seconds.
