The BS370H is a robust and reliable semi-automatic band saw with cutting angles from -45° to +60° and a hydraulically controlled vice and saw arm. An indispensable machine in every metalworking workshop, it is ideal for cutting pipes, profiles and solid materials. The blade guides are equipped with special carbide plates and bearings. This has a significant impact on blade guidance, service life, straightness, accuracy and cutting quality. Carbide guidance greatly reduces wear of both the machine and the blade. The machine is equipped with an efficient coolant pump with a closed coolant circulation system.

The machine drive is transmitted via a worm gearbox. The machine features a three-phase motor with two cutting speeds and motor thermal protection. The saw is equipped with a DIAL TENSION GAUGE – blade tension indicator and an automatic switch in the event of blade breakage.

The upper part of the base is shaped as a tray for draining coolant and collecting chips generated during cutting. A cast-iron work table with a swivel arm and a control panel mounted on a separate arm is fixed to the base. During the cutting process, the main cutting motion is performed by the movement of the cutting blade, while the feed is provided by the downward movement of the arm. The arm descent speed (cutting speed) is regulated by means of a hydraulic cylinder.
