The Dual-Column Bandsaw CORMAK H700 is a high-efficiency semi-automatic metal bandsaw designed for precise cutting of solid components, pipes, and profiles with large cross-sections. The stable cast-iron arm construction in a dual-column arrangement ensures outstanding rigidity, reducing vibration and enhancing surface quality. The machine is engineered for demanding industrial use in continuous production cycles.
The saw arm is made from a single-piece cast-iron structure, providing excellent vibration resistance. The dual-column guide system ensures vertical linear motion of the arm without deviation. The blade guides consist of bearings and carbide inserts, guaranteeing durability and accuracy. The hydraulically operated vice and arm lowering mechanism facilitate operator work and minimise cutting errors.
The CORMAK H700 metal bandsaw has been designed for maximum accuracy and repeatability. Adjustable arm lifting height reduces the cutting cycle time, while automatic shutdown after cutting increases operational safety and comfort. The powerful 9 kW main motor enables cutting large cross-sections efficiently and precisely.
The Semi-Automatic Bandsaw CORMAK H700 is ideal for production facilities, construction workshops, steel wholesalers, and all applications requiring fast and precise cutting of structural, stainless, and non-ferrous steels. Suitable for continuous operation in serial production.
