The BS1000H model is a high-performance dual-column metal bandsaw designed for precise cutting of large-diameter components. With its fully semi-automatic work cycle and solid construction, this machine is ideal for industrial plants involved in processing steel, cast iron, profiles and non-ferrous metals. The maximum cutting diameter reaches 1000 mm, making it the perfect solution for the most demanding cutting tasks.

Design and technology

The solid arm made from a single cast-iron piece ensures maximum structural rigidity, translating into high cutting accuracy. The hydraulic system controls the operation of the vice and the saw arm movement – the operator only handles the material feed. In the event of a malfunction or blade breakage, the saw automatically stops operation, protecting the mechanism and increasing operator safety.

Precision and efficiency

Thanks to the use of high-quality ABB motors and durable gear transmissions, the metal bandsaw BS1000H provides long-lasting, reliable operation even under intensive use. Its performance, combined with reduced vibration levels, results in lower blade wear and perfectly perpendicular cutting edges.
