Design and technology

The machine operates in a fully semi-automatic cycle. The CORMAK BS600H metal bandsaw is equipped with a 6300 × 41 × 1.3 mm blade and a four-speed system allowing operation at 28, 52, 74, and 85 m/min. This enables optimal adjustment of cutting speed to the material type and hardness. The powered cleaning brush and coolant system significantly improve working conditions and extend the blade’s lifespan.
