Fiber Lasers

Laser cutters are modern machines distinguished by numerous advantages. The sliding gantry structure is made of aged aerospace aluminium, formed under a pressure of 4,300 tons, achieving exceptional rigidity. Aerospace aluminium offers many advantages: high stiffness (greater than cast iron), low weight, corrosion and oxidation resistance, and excellent machinability.

Exchangeable work table

The exchangeable work table consists of upper and lower platforms, whose movement and exchange are controlled by the CNC system. The machine is capable of completing a platform exchange cycle within 15 seconds.

The bed structure features an internal honeycomb design made of multiple welded rectangular tubes. Internal stiffeners enhance the bed’s durability as well as the rigidity and stability of the guide rail, effectively preventing deformation. High strength, stability, and tensile resistance ensure 20 years of operation without distortion.

Raytools cutting head

  • Automatic focus adjustment – autofocus. The software automatically adjusts the focusing lens when cutting sheets of different thicknesses. The autofocus adjustment speed is ten times faster than manual adjustment.
  • Wider manual adjustment range – adjustment range -10 mm to +10 mm. Precision of 0.01 mm makes it suitable for materials of varying thickness (0–20 mm) – below 1500W power.
  • Long service life. Collimating and focusing lenses are equipped with a water-cooled radiator, reducing the temperature of the cutting head to extend its lifetime.
