Laser cutting machines are modern devices distinguished by numerous advantages. They are not only an excellent and far more cost-effective alternative to CO2 technology, but also offer multiple benefits that allow production to expand (up to 70%) and improve its quality. FIBER technology allows cutting sheets and other materials of varying thickness — from very thin to very thick. The wavelength in a FIBER laser is 1.064 micrometres. These properties provide intensity 100 times higher than CO2 devices of similar power.
Main advantages of the laser:
- Maintenance-free optical fibre,
- No consumable mechanical components,
- The FIBER laser source occupies about one-third less space,
- High energy efficiency – 100,000 h of operation,
- Universal application (special steels, mild and stainless steel, copper, brass, aluminium, titanium).
FIBER Laser
- Increases work efficiency by 80%,
- Reduces maintenance costs by 70%,
- Saves 80% of energy,
- Minimises gas consumption,
- Saves 30% of production floor space.

Safety and Clean Operation
- Fully enclosed laser housing,
- Observation window with CE-certified laser safety glass,
- Fumes generated during cutting can be filtered inside, keeping the environment clean.
Sliding Gantry Made of Aged Aerospace Aluminium
The gantry structure is made from aged aerospace aluminium, pressed with a force of 4,300 tons to achieve exceptional rigidity. Aerospace aluminium offers numerous advantages: high stiffness (greater than cast iron), low weight, corrosion and oxidation resistance, and excellent machinability.

Exchangeable Worktable
The exchangeable worktable consists of upper and lower platforms, whose movement and exchange are controlled by the controller. The machine can complete platform replacement within 15 seconds.
High-Speed Linear Motors
Laser cutting machines with linear drives enable fast and efficient cutting of any shapes from sheet metal. Extremely high speeds and accelerations, without limiting dynamics, combined with high-resolution measurement systems, allow for exceptional cutting efficiency and precision.
A linear motor is an electric motor that directly converts electrical energy into linear mechanical motion. The key advantages of linear motor technology are reduced friction, zero backlash, no gear-driven losses, and precise positioning. The most significant performance feature of linear motors is their ability to achieve very high dynamics.
Installation of linear motors on all axes ensures stable performance throughout the machine’s entire lifetime. These drives are wear-free and maintenance-free — completely reliable.

Precitec Cutting Head
- Automatic focus adjustment – Autofocus – the software automatically adjusts the focusing lens when cutting sheets of different thicknesses. The autofocus speed is ten times faster than manual adjustment.
- Wider manual adjustment range – Adjustment range -10mm to +10mm. Precision of 0.01mm suitable for various material thicknesses (0–20mm) — below 1500W power.
- Long service life – Collimating and focusing lenses feature water-cooled radiators that lower the cutting head temperature, extending its lifespan.
Frame Welded from Rectangular Profiles
The frame structure features an internal honeycomb design made of multiple welded rectangular tubes. Reinforcements inside the tubes increase frame strength, stiffness, and guide rail stability, effectively preventing deformation. High strength, stability, and tensile resistance ensure up to 20 years of operation without deformation.
