VolCut is a modern plasma and oxy-fuel cutting machine designed for cutting metal sheets — an excellent solution for production enterprises. The numerically controlled cutting machine significantly reduces production time and operating costs. The plasma–gas cutter is designed for continuous operation using both plasma and gas systems. The compact structure makes the oxy-fuel cutting machine easy to transport, resistant to damage, and ready to work immediately upon delivery. The numerically controlled working area of 6000×2000 mm provides optimal adaptation to the company’s production requirements.
Versatility — the key term for engineers designing the VolCut-class CNC machine — translates into the ability to cut sheets from 1 mm to as much as 100 mm thick.
Gas systems have long been an established method of thermal sheet processing. The great advantage of this solution is the ability to cut thick materials. The gas mixture easily handles any metal — ferrous and non-ferrous alloys alike — as well as all types of steel. It is the ideal complement to the plasma cutting system.
An additional advantage is the compact design combined with a water table, eliminating the need for filtration or ventilation systems.
