VolCut is a modern plasma and oxy-fuel cutting machine designed for cutting metal sheets, offering an ideal solution for production enterprises. The numerically controlled machine significantly shortens production time and reduces process costs. The plasma–gas cutter is suitable for continuous operation using both plasma and gas systems. Its compact design makes the oxy-fuel cutter easy to transport, resistant to damage and ready for operation immediately after delivery. The working area of the numerically controlled table — 3000×1500 mm — provides optimal adaptability to production needs.
Versatility, the key word for the engineers designing the VolCut-class CNC machine, has resulted in the ability to cut sheets from thin 1 mm up to as much as 100 mm thick.
Gas systems are an established method of thermal sheet processing, offering the great advantage of cutting thick materials. The gas mixture easily handles any metal — ferrous or non-ferrous alloys — and all types of steel. It is the perfect solution when combined with a plasma system.
An additional advantage is the compact design and the water table that eliminates the need for filtration and ventilation systems.
