Characteristics of the Plasma and Oxy-Fuel Cutting Machine ZZ 1500x3000
The CNC1 plasma or oxy-fuel cutting machine is a mobile device designed for contour cutting of sheet metal components. The machine does not require anchoring to the floor, which significantly reduces installation time. Additionally, it allows the machine to be placed anywhere in the hall without the need for expensive foundations.
The machine is equipped with a high-quality drive system, which, combined with the low weight of the gantry, makes this plotter one of the fastest machines available on the market. It can be used for both manual and automated cutting. It is equipped with a digital controller that allows cutting of complex shapes. This CNC plasma plotter model performs excellently in the shipbuilding, machinery, and power industries. The CNC1 uses a precise guide system along the X and Y axes.
The operation of the cutting machine is controlled by an electronic Sino-USA control system characterised by high precision and error elimination during operation. The machine is very easy to program. Manual programming is possible for simple shapes and automatic programming for more complex figures. The display shows the cutting pattern and the torch movement.
For easy programming, the machine comes with original FastCAM software. The software makes the work process more intuitive and efficient.
FastCAM is a CAD/CAM software designed for creating and defining cutting paths for components processed on CNC cutting machines. The program is installed on a desktop or laptop computer in the office. After defining the cutting process, a ready control code is generated and transferred to the machine’s control system. The FastCAM program is part of the standard equipment of our machines.

- NESTING – optimal use of the sheet through automatic arrangement of elements on the sheet
- DEMO – shows the work cycle (path) without activating the plasma or oxygen source
THC VOLTAGE HEIGHT CONTROLLER:
The machine is equipped with a THC (torch height control) voltage regulator for the plasma torch. Precise regulation (±0.1 mm) of the torch distance from the sheet during cutting ensures high accuracy and eliminates the disadvantages of capacitive sensors and roller plates. The regulator parameters are automatically retrieved from the Automatic Cutting Parameter Selection Table.
