Metal Bandsaw CORMAK HBS275 VARIO
A professional, powerful and efficient metal bandsaw with a swivelling arm in the range of 0°–60°. The model is equipped with a dial gauge tensometer and carbide blade guides. Additionally, the saw offers stepless blade speed adjustment, making it ideal for cutting non-ferrous metals. The infinitely variable cutting speed control allows full utilisation of the saw’s potential.

Machine description
The control panel is located next to the arm. The drive from the electric motor to the driving wheel of the blade is transmitted through a motor with a worm gearbox. The cutting blade is tensioned on two cast-iron wheels using a manual tensioner and guided in adjustable rolling and sliding carbide guides.
The entire belt drive system is enclosed in a hinged cover attached to the housing. The base is designed as a rigid welded steel structure with a separate coolant tank and an electric pump inside.
The control panel is mounted on a separate arm. During cutting, the main cutting motion is the movement of the saw blade. The arm lowering speed (cutting speed) is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder.
Safety is ensured by blade guards and micro-switches that stop the motor after the cutting cycle or when any guard is opened. Additional protection automatically switches off the machine in the event of blade breakage.
