Construction and technology

The construction of the CORMAK 500 x 1000 lathe was designed for long-lasting operation under industrial conditions. The 330 mm wide bed is induction hardened, minimizing wear and ensuring maintenance of geometry throughout the usage period. The spindle with D1-8 CAMLOCK nose and 80 mm bore allows clamping of large parts and ensures quick chuck changeover. The central feed shifting system along with the leadscrew and feed shaft improves the threading process and increases operational safety.
