FIBER laser cutting machines are advanced industrial systems that offer numerous advantages. Gantry structure made of aerospace-grade aluminium
The moving gantry is made from aged, aerospace-grade aluminium pressed with a force of 4300 tons, ensuring exceptional rigidity. Aluminium has numerous advantages: high stiffness (greater than cast iron), low weight, corrosion and oxidation resistance, and excellent machinability.
Exchangeable Working Table
The exchangeable working table consists of upper and lower platforms controlled by the CNC system. The machine can complete the table exchange process within 15 seconds.
Rectangular Welded Frame
The frame structure features an internal honeycomb design made of multiple welded rectangular tubes. Internal reinforcements enhance bed strength and increase rail rigidity and stability to effectively prevent deformation. The construction guarantees strength, stability, and tensile resistance, ensuring 20 years of operation without distortion.
Raytools Cutting Head
- Automatic focus adjustment (autofocus) – The software automatically adjusts the focusing lens when cutting sheets of various thicknesses. The autofocus speed is ten times faster than manual adjustment.
- Wider manual adjustment range – adjustment range: -10 mm to +10 mm, with a precision of 0.01 mm, suitable for material thicknesses from 0–20 mm (for lasers below 1500W manual focus is used).
- Long service life – The collimating and focusing lenses feature water-cooled heat sinks that reduce the cutting head’s temperature, extending its service life.
