The sliding gantry is made from aged aerospace aluminium, formed under 4,300 tonnes of pressure, achieving exceptional stiffness. Aerospace aluminium provides several advantages: greater rigidity than cast iron, light weight, corrosion and oxidation resistance, and excellent machinability.

Exchangeable Working Table

The exchangeable working table consists of upper and lower platforms whose movement and exchange are controlled by the system. The machine completes a platform exchange within 15 seconds.

The bed structure has an internal honeycomb design made of multiple welded rectangular tubes. Reinforcements inside the tubes increase strength, rigidity, and the stability of the guide rails, effectively preventing deformation. Raytools Cutting Head

  • Automatic focus adjustment – autofocus. The software automatically adjusts the focusing lens during the cutting of sheets of varying thicknesses. The autofocus adjustment speed is ten times faster than manual adjustment.
  • Wider manual adjustment range – adjustment range from -10 mm to +10 mm. Precision of 0.01 mm for material thicknesses of 0–20 mm (below 1500W).
  • Long service life. Collimating and focusing lenses feature a water-cooled radiator, lowering the temperature of the cutting head and extending its life.
