Machine description

1. Work table

• Sectioning table with six independent vacuum sections, made of stiff and durable HPL plates, controlled directly from the control cabinet,
• Each section has holes to which negative pressure from a vacuum pump is supplied through a pipe system,
• The main holes in the vacuum table have caps that allow you to attach various formats of materials,
• The surface of the worktable is covered with a network of channels that allows for even distribution of the vacuum over its entire area,
• It has grooves that also enable manual attachment of the material,
• The table is equipped with bumpers in two axes!  Pneumatic positioners that allow the material to always be placed in the same place,
• The IND plotter line is equipped with a reinforced, industrial, massive work table.

2. Spindle/h4>

• Brushless spindle from a renowned high-class manufacturer with  a power of 9 kW , powered by an inverter, with overload protection.
• Milling electrospindle equipped with  an innovative AIR cooling system .
• Designed for automatic tool change, which shortens machining time by eliminating downtime associated with manual cutter change.
• Automation allows the use of all tools in the production process without the need for calibration and stopping the production cycle

3.Drive

• Energy-saving high-class YASKAWA AC servo drives controlled by a digital controller ensure excellent quality machining while maintaining high working speeds in individual directions,
• Brushless AC servo motors driving the X and Y axes transmit power through high-class planetary gears
• The Z axis, where positioning precision is crucial, is driven by a reinforced ball screw. 
• The gate is moved along the X and Y axes using HIWIN guide strips and helical toothed gears, which guarantee many years of failure-free operation and are made of high-quality hardened and tempered steel.
• The professional HIWIN trapezoidal rails used in all axes are subject to compliance control, and test procedures are carried out at every stage of assembly.
• Central, maintenance-free lubrication system for the most important moving elements: carriages and ball screw. This saves time and protects the most important moving components.

4. Construction

• The structure of the sliding gate is made of cast iron, which achieves incredible stiffness and absorbs vibrations generated during processing very well. 
• The rigid structure of the table, made of ribbed steel, prevents vibrations during the production process.  

5. Tool magazine and tool measurement sensor

• The machine is equipped with a 12-position linear tool magazine, a set of ISO30 cones and ER32 bushings
• The set includes holders: ISO30 and sleeves for mounting tools with dimensions:
  1/2" - 6 pcs.; 1/8" - 2 pcs.; 3-4mm - 2 pcs; 5-6mm - 4 pcs; 7-8mm - 2 pcs; 9-10mm - 2 pcs. 
• Each CNC milling machine is equipped with a precise Z-axis tool height sensor, which eliminates time for measurement corrections after each tool change.  

6. Software, INDUSTRIAL CONTROL:

The machine is equipped with the function of remembering the last G-code path. In the event of a power failure or interruption, it starts working from the last point without losing time or material.

* Depending on the type of material being processed and the type of processing, it is recommended to use two vacuum pumps to improve the efficiency of holding the material.
