CNC machines and devices

CNC machines are devices controlled numerically (CNC – Computerized Numerical Control). The control is done using a small computer which is integrated into the machine and can be programmed, therefore allowing to schedule production processes. Modern CNC machines, called machining centres, are equipped with a multitude of tools, making it possible to expand one's machinery stock and fulfil many different operations. CNC machining devices are milling machines, lathes, power tools. With their usage one can manufacture prototypes, individual units or even create a mass production of profiles ordered by a client. CNC is the process of creating a product, preceded by: computer designing with CAD software, converting that project into the work mode of the machine, CAM. The stage of designing is available in 3D, which allows professionals, operators and customers to clearly see the element even before it is finished. CNC machines feature speed and precision, as well as the ability for mass production. With the help of other complementary machinery, a manufacturing company can offer an advanced range of services for metals and other materials that can be machined.
