Its rigid dual-column construction and precise linear blade guidance guarantee maximum accuracy, repeatability, and performance. This semi-automatic metal bandsaw has been engineered for intensive operation under industrial conditions.
The machine operates in a semi-automatic cycle – after pressing the start button, the material is clamped, the blade starts, the arm lowers smoothly, stops automatically after the cut, and returns to the preset position. The operator only feeds the material to the stop. In case of blade breakage, the CORMAK H65/80 metal bandsaw automatically stops operation, protecting the components from damage.
Four cutting speed ranges (40/45/65/76 m/min) allow optimal adjustment to the material being processed. The 54 mm wide cutting blade provides excellent stability and precision even for large cross-sections. The cooling system and wire brush effectively remove chips and extend blade life.
This machine is designed for production plants, fabrication workshops, and machining centres requiring high precision and repeatability. The CORMAK H65/80 is ideal for cutting pipes and profiles, solid materials, stainless steel, and non-ferrous metals.
