LASER CUTTING PROCESS

Laser cutting is a modern and widely used material processing technique. The cutting tool in this technique is a laser beam with high energy density that cuts through the material.

The course of the laser cutting process

The laser cutting process is based on the phenomenon of the impact of the laser beam at its focal point, where its power is the highest, causing rapid melting, evaporation, ablation and heating of the cut material to the ignition temperature. The place where the beam falls on the material is washed by rapidly flowing gas, which, flowing in the axis of incidence of the beam, removes the molten material.

It has a cooling agent, thanks to which, when the liquid reaches the alarm temperature, the built-in unit quickly cools the cooling system of the laser tube.

Characteristics of the LASER-1612Z set

A "honeycomb" table is indispensable when cutting materials, its task is to remove smoke.
A scissor table ideal for cutting materials such as: plexiglass, aspet, etc.
The lower extractor serves as exhaust gas extraction.
Waste drawer
The electrically lowered table from the program and machine position allows it to be lowered to 300 mm, enabling engraving on tall objects.
"Red point", its task is to precisely display the location of the laser beam - necessary for positioning.
An integrated compressor activated only for work, used to protect the lens from dirt and cool the material being cut.
