ODL9K extraction system – a new standard of safety and efficiency

Laser processing generates harmful fumes and dust, which may negatively affect operator health, work quality and the service life of machines. The modern ODL9K extraction system provides effective filtration of contaminants and protects the key components of the laser system.

ODL9K combines automatic filter cleaning with compressed air, an efficient fan generating high negative pressure, and filtration at a level of 99.9% for particles of 0.3 μm thanks to the use of suitable filters.

The system is equipped with an ergonomic dirt drawer, which enables quick and convenient removal of accumulated dust without the need for dismantling. In addition, thanks to its modular construction, extraction connectors can be installed on both the left and right side of the unit, allowing the installation to be flexibly adapted to the layout of the production hall.

Key advantages of the CORMAK ODL9K extraction unit:

The extraction unit has automatic filter cleaning using compressed air. Under pressure, the filter is “shaken”, which effectively cleans the filter cartridge and therefore extends its service life. As a result, the system maintains its performance for a longer time.

The filter element used in the system is imported and made from high-quality material. The Nano-type fire-resistant filter provides high filtration efficiency, retaining particles of 0.3 μm in over 99.9%.

The large dust collection drawer enables convenient dust collection and cleaning, making system maintenance easier.

The motors used in the system are equipped with overload protection, ensuring a high level of protection and trouble-free operation.

The specially developed high-performance fan impeller generates high negative pressure, enabling effective removal of laser fumes and ensuring high air flow capacity.
