CNC C2141 ATC (Automatic Tool Change)

Machine Description:

1. Working Table:

   • Sectional table with four independent vacuum sections made of rigid and durable HPL boards.
   • Each section has holes connected to a vacuum pump through a pipe system.
   • Main holes in the vacuum table have plugs for securing different material formats.
   • The working table surface is covered with a network of channels, ensuring even distribution of vacuum across the entire area.
   • It has grooves for manual material clamping.

2. HQD Spindle:

   • Brushless spindle from a reputable manufacturer with a power of 9 kW, powered by an inverter with overload protection.
   • Milling spindle equipped with an innovative AIR cooling system.
   • Adapted for automatic tool change, reducing processing time by eliminating downtime associated with manual tool change.
   • Automation allows the use of all tools in the production process without the need for calibration and production cycle interruption.

3. Drive:

   • Energy-efficient high-quality Leadshine Servo Drives with a power of 1500W and high holding torque (Double on the Y-axis).
   • Controlled by the NK-105 G3 digital controller, ensuring excellent machining quality while maintaining high working speeds in each direction.
   • Brushless servo motors driving the X and Y axes transmit power through high-quality planetary gears.
   • The Z-axis, where precision positioning is crucial, is driven by a reinforced ball screw.
   • Movement along the X and Y axes is facilitated by HIWIN guide rails and helical-toothed gears, ensuring reliable, trouble-free operation over the years, made from high-quality hardened and tempered steel.
   • Professional HIWIN trapezoidal rails used in all axes are subject to compliance control, and test procedures are conducted at every assembly stage.
   • Central maintenance-free lubrication system for crucial moving parts: trolleys and ball screw, saving time and protecting essential moving components.

4. Construction:

   • The sliding gate's construction is made of cast iron, achieving incredible rigidity and effectively absorbing vibrations during machining.
   • The rigid table construction, made of ribbed steel, eliminates vibrations during the production process.

5. 8-Tool Magazine + Tool Measurement Sensor:

   • The machine is equipped with an 8-position linear tool magazine, ISO30 cones, and ER32 sleeves.
   • Included holders: ISO30 and sleeves for tool mounting with dimensions:
     • 1/2" - 6 pcs;
     • 1/8" - 2 pcs;
     • 3-4mm - 2 pcs;
     • 5-6mm - 4 pcs;
     • 7-8mm - 2 pcs;
     • 9-10mm - 2 pcs.
   • Each CNC mill is equipped with a precise tool height sensor for the Z-axis, eliminating the need for measurements after each tool change.

6. Vacuum Pump and Extraction Foot:

   • The use of a vacuum pump significantly increases the clamping force of the processed details on the machine table, preventing material displacement.
   • 4 independent vacuum sections.
   • Pneumatically driven extraction foot, located near the spindle, allowing connection to each chip extraction while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and precision in operation.
