The machine is built on a reinforced, hardened steel structure. Its compact dimensions allow installation near a wall or between machines without limiting workspace. Metal chip containers with built-in inspection windows and a mobile base enable quick emptying and fill-level control. Service doors facilitate easy maintenance and filter bag replacement.

Precision and performance

The chip extraction fan in the DCV4500 VIBER ensures a suction speed of 28–32 m/s. Thanks to the special geometry of the impeller blades, the system achieves maximum efficiency with minimal energy consumption.
