Design and technology

The SCV15000TC VIBER BIG-BAG model is based on a rigid steel construction designed for intensive operation in demanding industrial environments. The chip extraction fan with a balanced impeller and aerodynamically optimised blades ensures constant high efficiency with a low noise level. The filtration unit consists of 117 polyester filter cartridges with a filtration surface adapted to intensive dust extraction processes.

Precision and performance

Thanks to high vacuum and a large inlet diameter (400 mm), the extractor effectively removes chips, dust and sawdust from multiple workstations simultaneously. The design is suitable for operation as a central extraction system, allowing integration with a complete production line.
