The CORMAK S200RHA model is an advanced automatic metal bandsaw designed for efficient serial cutting of tubes, profiles and solid materials of different shapes. It is a precise, compact and fully automated industrial machine, perfect for serial production, tool workshops and metalworking facilities requiring repeatability, accuracy and reliability.
Main Advantages of the Machine
- Automatic cutting cycle: clamping, material feed, cutting and arm return take place without operator intervention.
- Angle cutting in automatic mode (0°–45°) and manual mode (–30° to +60°).
- Inverter control allows stepless blade speed adjustment in the range of 0–90 m/min.
- Hydraulic control of the arm and vice ensures high precision and operator comfort.
- Controller with LCD display: cutting parameter programming, piece count control and error indication.
Design and Technology
The CORMAK S200RHA metal bandsaw is built on a rigid cast-iron and welded frame, ensuring high stability and vibration reduction. The integrated hydraulic unit, fast feed system and adjustable arm descent mechanism with a throttle valve ensure safe and optimal operation. The cutting blade is guided by precision carbide and roller guides.
Precision and Work Efficiency
High-quality components and inverter technology allow achieving the ideal cutting speed for different materials. Hydraulic blade tensioning and precise guide adjustment extend blade life and maintain dimensional repeatability of workpieces.
