Fibre laser cutting machines are modern devices offering numerous advantages. They are not only an excellent and much more cost-effective alternative to CO₂ technology but also include many strengths that enable up to 70% production growth and improved quality. FIBER technology allows cutting of sheets and other materials of various thicknesses, from very thin to very thick. The wavelength of the FIBER laser is 1.064 micrometres. These properties provide an intensity 100 times higher than CO₂ systems of similar power.

MAIN ADVANTAGES OF THE LASER

• Long service life. The collimating and focusing lenses feature a water-cooling radiator that reduces the cutting head temperature, extending its lifespan.
• Wider adjustment range. Adjustment range -10 mm ~ +10 mm, precision 0.01 mm, suitable for various plate types 0 ~ 20 mm.

Design Screen

The screen features a vertical display with fast response time, higher contrast, wide viewing angle, low power consumption, and high resolution. It also provides high brightness, lower reflectivity, and enhanced durability.

Welded Bed Frame Made of Rectangular Profiles

The bed structure features an internal honeycomb-like design made of welded rectangular tubes. Internal reinforcements enhance the bed’s strength, rigidity, and the stability of the guide rail, effectively preventing deformation. High strength, stability, and tensile resistance ensure 20 years of use without deformation.
