Fibre laser cutting machines are modern devices offering numerous advantages. They are not only an excellent and far more cost-effective alternative to CO₂ technology but also feature many strengths that enable production growth (up to 70%) and improved quality. FIBER technology allows cutting of sheets and other materials of varying thicknesses, from very thin to very thick. The wavelength of the FIBER laser is 1.064 micrometres. These properties result in intensity 100 times higher than CO₂ systems of similar power.

MAIN ADVANTAGES OF THE LASER

• Long service life. The collimating and focusing lenses are equipped with a water-cooling radiator, lowering the cutting head temperature to extend its service life.
• Wider adjustment range. Adjustment range -10 mm ~ +10 mm, precision 0.01 mm, suitable for various plate types 0 ~ 20 mm.

Design Screen

The screen has a vertical display with fast response time, higher contrast, wider viewing angle, low power consumption, and high resolution. It also provides high brightness, low reflectivity, and increased durability.

Welded Bed Frame Made of Rectangular Profiles

The bed structure has an internal honeycomb-like design made of multiple welded rectangular tubes. Reinforcements inside the tubes enhance the bed’s strength, rigidity, and stability of the guide rail, effectively preventing deformation. High strength, stability, and tensile resistance ensure 20 years of use without deformation.
