Fibre laser cutting machines are modern devices distinguished by numerous advantages. They are not only an excellent and much more cost-effective alternative to CO₂ technology but also offer many features that can increase production (by up to 70%) and improve its quality. The FIBER technology enables cutting sheets and other materials of various thicknesses, from very thin to very thick. The wavelength in the FIBER laser is 1.064 micrometres. These properties provide an intensity that is 100 times higher than in CO₂ systems of similar power.

MAIN ADVANTAGES OF THE LASER

• Long service life. Collimating and focusing lenses are equipped with a water-cooling radiator, which lowers the cutting head temperature to extend its lifespan.
• Wider adjustment range. Adjustment range -10 mm ~ +10 mm, precision 0.01 mm, suitable for various plate types from 0 to 20 mm.

The screen has a vertical display with fast response time, higher contrast, wider viewing angle, low power consumption and high resolution. It also offers high brightness, lower reflectivity and greater durability.

Welded Bed Frame Made of Rectangular Profiles

The bed structure features an internal honeycomb-like design made of multiple welded rectangular tubes. Inside the tubes, reinforcements increase bed rigidity and stability of the guide rails, effectively preventing deformation. High strength, stability, and tensile resistance ensure 20 years of use without deformation.
