Construction and technology

The CORMAK MM3146 model is characterised by a robust industrial design. The main motor 1.5/2.2 kW (S1/S6) combined with the reinforced feed motor (60 W) provides sufficient power reserve for continuous operation. The variable feed speed system (0–4 m/min) allows adjustment according to the type of material and desired surface finish.

The sanding belt 2100 × 75 mm drives a drum rotating at 2800 rpm, enabling rapid and effective material removal. The sanding drum self-cools during operation, preventing surface overheating. The reinforced side guide ensures improved parallelism and stable sanding across the entire working width.

Precision and performance

The CORMAK MM3146 drum belt sander guarantees repeatable results thanks to its mechanical height adjustment system with a precise scale. The minimum workpiece height is 3.5 mm and the maximum 100 mm, allowing both thin panels and thick components to be processed.
