Fibre laser cutting machines are modern devices distinguished by numerous advantages. They are not only an excellent and far more cost-effective alternative to CO2 technology but also offer many features that allow production growth (up to 70%) and quality improvement. The FIBER technology enables cutting sheets and other materials of various thicknesses — from very thin to very thick. The wavelength in a FIBER laser is 1.064 micrometres. These properties result in an intensity 100 times higher than that of CO2 machines of comparable power.

Sliding gantry made of aged aerospace aluminium
The gantry structure is made of aged aerospace aluminium formed under 4,300-ton pressure, achieving exceptional rigidity. Aerospace aluminium offers many benefits: high stiffness (greater than cast iron), low weight, corrosion and oxidation resistance, and excellent machinability.
Exchangeable work table
The exchangeable work table consists of upper and lower platforms whose movement and exchange are controlled by the controller. The machine performs platform exchange within 15 seconds.
Welded bed made of rectangular profiles
The bed structure has an internal honeycomb layout made of numerous welded rectangular tubes. Inside the tubes, reinforcements increase the frame’s strength, rigidity and the stability of the guide rail, effectively preventing deformation. High strength, stability, and tensile resistance ensure 20 years of operation without distortion.
Raytools cutting head
- Automatic focus adjustment – autofocus. The software automatically adjusts the focusing lens when cutting sheets of varying thicknesses. The autofocus adjustment speed is ten times faster than manual adjustment.
- Wider manual adjustment range – adjustment range -10mm to +10mm. Precision of 0.01mm, suitable for material thicknesses (0–20mm) – below 1500W power.
- Long service life. Collimator and focusing lenses are water-cooled, lowering the cutting head temperature and extending its service life.
