CORMAK 4th Axis CNC Rotary Indexer is a precision unit enabling machining of components within CNC systems. It is available in three versions that differ by lathe chuck diameter (Ø125 mm, Ø160 mm), centre height (110 mm, 125 mm, 145 mm) and maximum table load (from 100 kg horizontally and 50 kg vertically to 150 kg horizontally and 80 kg vertically).

All models are fitted with a worm gear with a 1:90 ratio and require an air pressure range of 4–6 bar. The maximum rotational speed is 11.1 rpm, and the tailstock sleeve diameter is Ø16 mm or Ø20 mm depending on the model. The unit weight ranges from 50 kg to 90 kg.
