Main Features:

• The machines feature a strong, rigid frame construction made of heavy gauge welded steel. They have a 5° tilted blade and high tension, which allows for high cutting efficiency with any material and profile (even large cross-sections).

• The large working surface provides full support for the material, which increases stability during cutting.

• All machine movements take place on the latest generation guides with a ball screw recirculation system (for the movement of the arc, vice and blade guides) with high static and dynamic load capacity, which minimizes friction.

• The 10” touchscreen display with CNC offers a simple and intuitive interface for managing all machine parameters and full control over the cutting process. The control panel allows you to view the machine status, belt speed, quick access to parameter adjustments and self-diagnostics to detect any irregularities.

• The cutting arm is lowered using two actuators hydraulic, which are adjusted on the control panel. The lowering speed and the depth of the blade entry are adjusted there.

• The lockable horizontal vice operates hydraulically and can be supplemented with an additional vertical vice behind the blade. Both models have a roller table with space for rollers adjusted to the length.

• The chip container is integrated and removable, and the lubrication and cooling system has an electric pump and section valves. It can operate in three modes: always on, only on during cutting or off.
