Machine description:

The machine base and cutting frame are made of electro-welded steel with a large cross-section, with a solid and rigid box construction, which ensures high stability and reliability even when cutting large elements. This design reduces noise, vibration and slowdowns. The diameter of the belt wheels is 1300 mm, hardness 55 HRC.

The highest frame movement accuracy is ensured by a brushless servo motor driving a ball screw through a gear reducer.

The material feeding system has 10 rollers, 7 of which are located in front of the blade and 3 behind it, which allows simultaneous loading and unloading of material, facilitating its movement. This system also works with the blade closed, if a very hard material is used (such as VIDIA).

Blade alignment is ensured by hard metal guides, hydraulically moved, with the possibility of automatic adjustment to the dimensions of the material thanks to the moving guide.

The machine has a 10” touch screen connected to the CNC to manage cutting settings and parameters. The display allows you to monitor the belt feed in mm/min, the end point of the cut and diagnose any faults (self-diagnosis).

The chips are discharged by a belt conveyor located under the coolant tank (250 liters), and cleaning brushes are mounted on the cutting wheel, which prevents the accumulation of material residues and blockages.

When the blade is not needed, the system automatically retracts it to avoid load or wear. In the event of belt damage or overload, the machine stops immediately and automatically.
