Machine description:

The XSMART4 automatic band saw has a rigid electro-welded structure to avoid vibrations during operation. All moving parts are completely protected on all sides by a system of metal guards; when the machine is in standby mode, access is possible from all sides for maintenance.

The XSMART4 frame has a rigid electro-welded structure in one piece and is placed on two columns for maximum stability during operation. The blade is tilted by 3° to reduce stress and avoid damage during cutting.

The XSMART4 is equipped as standard with a powerful 4kW Bonfiglioli gear motor, a 41 mm high blade and a hydraulic tensioning system. Blade adjustment is guided by hard metal guides, and the moving blade automatically positions itself close to the cutting area.

The 7-inch touch screen gives the user full control over all machine functions and programming of operations. It is possible to create and save cutting programs (up to 30 programs), even with different cutting lengths on the same bar. The screen displays a clear and intuitive interface that allows full control of all machine settings in just a few clicks.

XSMART4 uses an innovative jaw system that facilitates material loading and positioning even with irregular cuts. The user can choose two different jaw settings depending on their needs:

4 jaws: two in front of and two behind the blade, for cutting solid and thin materials (e.g. thin sheets); residual waste 100 mm.

2 jaws: positioned behind the blade, residual waste reduced to 40 mm.

XSMART4 has an integrated 500 mm single-pulse feeder equipped with support rollers. Material feed is servo-controlled and managed by a user interface that allows loading of materials (even large bars) up to 350 mm, without the need for manual intervention.

The machine has a standard 400 mm long conveyor belt for chip removal. A 600 mm wide belt with a discharge height of 930 mm is also available.

Possibility of connecting the machine to the company network to improve remote production management and reporting. Dedicated SAWprogram software allows remote creation and transfer of cutting programs and monitoring of production data. The SAWFactory application allows access to all data from any device (PC, tablet, smartphone) to monitor machine status and production progress.
