Machine description:

The machine is equipped with a feeder, a 7-inch touch screen with an intuitive interface for managing the cutting process and allows cutting up to 45° to the right (semi-automatic) and 60° to the left (automatic).

The modern and easy-to-use 7-inch touch screen with an intuitive interface allows you to control all machine settings. Up to 99 cutting programs and 30 different cutting lengths can be programmed on the same beam.

CNC control provides access to all machine operating functions: automatic calculation of blade thickness, number of stroke repetitions, number of cut elements, blade speed and descent speed. The interface also allows you to monitor the SIRIO machine status during operation and diagnose faults.

The feeder uses an electric motor with an encoder, maximum opening 200 mm, maximum single stroke 520 mm, minimum waste tip in the automatic cycle is 4 mm. The minimum length of the material end after the automatic cycle is 170 mm. The feeder is equipped with an additional roller for simultaneous loading of a larger number of bars.

Clamping vice on adjustable guides, sliding on the worktop, with a quick locking system, operated by a handwheel.

Accurate positioning and high cutting precision ensured by an adjustable stop system at 0° and 45°, with a scale and adjustable length limiter.

A longer feeder with a single stroke of 1200 mm is also available.

IMET automatic machines can be connected to the company network and remotely operated thanks to the SAWFACTORY system and modem. SAWFACTORY is dedicated software that allows you to manage the cutting process directly from your desk, set cutting programs and monitor the machine's operation via a dedicated web application. The software also allows remote assistance from technicians.
