Machine description:

Automatic cutting process controlled by CNC with 7” touch screen, easy to use and intuitive; the touch screen also allows automatic calculation of blade thickness, viewing of machine status, blade rotation speed and lowering speed, fault diagnosis and full overview of machine settings.

Thanks to the intuitive 7” interface, the user can easily set the desired cutting program (up to 99 programs), the number of cutting repetitions, up to 10 cutting lengths for each bar and profile.

The automatic feeder opens to 200 mm, the maximum single stroke is 520 mm, the minimum cutting length is 15 mm and the minimum waste length is 355 mm.

The vertical pneumatic cylinder optimizes the cutting process with better material grip and, together with the unique cast iron block, reduces vibrations and movements for more accurate cuts. The machine is equipped with an upper roller, which allows for feeding more bars onto the working plate.

For more precise positioning of the material and blade and increased cutting accuracy, Velox models are equipped with automatic cutting positions: 0°, 15°, 30° and 45° (left and right), with additional scales for other settings.

User safety is ensured by a full blade guard; additionally, the machine has a conveyor belt system for removing chips and an adjustable length limiter.

IMET automatic machines can be connected to the company network and operated remotely thanks to SAWFACTORY and a modem. SAWFACTORY is dedicated software that allows you to manage the cutting process from your desk, set cutting programs and monitor the workflow thanks to the web application. The software also enables remote assistance from service technicians.
